The Congress Secretariat and Organizer’s cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
The average temperature in Riyadh on December ranges from a daytime high of around (22°C) to a low of (10°C). After dark, temperatures usually drop to around (9°C). Keep in mind that these are average temperatures, and actual conditions may vary slightly. It is recommended to wear light layers during the day and a jacket or sweater in the evening. December offers pleasant weather with around 8 hours of sunshine each day, making it an excellent time for sightseeing and outdoor activities.
Local currency is the Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR). International credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are all accepted in Saudi Arabia. Exchange offices and ATM machines are available throughout Saudi Arabia.

Daylight Saving Time is not observed in Saudi Arabia, which maintains its 3 hours’ difference from GMT throughout the year.

English and Saudi Arabic are the most widely spoken languages in KSA.
During the entire meeting, attire will be informal.
You will need to consider what to pack, to ensure you can use your personal electrical appliances safely whilst abroad.
